The Tanshire Business Park management team are always looking to make further developments to the business park to support our tenants. For this reason, we recently ran a tenant satisfaction survey to find out what our tenants thought of Tanshire Business Park. The results were extremely positive.
A section of the survey focused on how often tenants used the onsite facilities. We were delighted to discover that the Pavilion Café was rated highly by our tenants with 40% of residents at Tanshire Business Park using the café at least 2 or 3 times a week and over 10% using it daily!
Staff at the Pavilion Café provide an exceptional service. The team work quickly so customers are served fast with delicious food that encourages people to continue to use the café on a regular basis. The café is centrally located on the business park providing a convenient food and drink option for everyone at Tanshire Business Park from every office building. Take-out or eat-in options available. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating areas if you want to take some time out of the office. Tenants can also make use of the high-speed WiFi and widescreen TV.

In addition to providing a great food and drink service, the Pavilion Café also provides a great meeting area for tenants. The indoor and outdoor seating options provide a convenient place to hold staff or client meetings whilst enjoying a tea, coffee or food option.
Alternatively, the Pavilion Café itself houses a bookable meeting room space that can hold up to 35 people, which is the perfect solution for large scale meetings or presentations that require more seating space. The meeting room facilities include high speed internet connection and a flat screen TV with HDMI connection. It’s easy to understand why tenants come to The Pavilion on such a regular basis with its great range of food and drinks option on the menu, served daily from 8am to 3pm. A number of tenants make use of the Pavilion Café for breakfast or to pick up their morning coffee to start the day, and lunchtime is certainly very popular.
