The Site Management Park Office is located in Ash House. A policy of on-site management ensures proactive support of all tenants.
Tanshire Business Park offers a number of business park services to our tenants and onsite management is certainly one of the most important. We provide the highest quality service to all of the businesses on the park, and our site management team is integral to this.
The team is led by Facility Manager Fran who has been with the Tanshire Business Park management team for a number of years now. Fran, Mike and the team work incredibly hard to maintain the business park and provide proactive support to our tenants.
It does not take long for our tenants to be on a first name basis with Fran and Mike who make themselves known as soon as new residents move in. The welcoming attitude and work ethic of Fran and her team means they are always on hand to support residents if they need maintenance support.
In the cold winter months Mike arrives before anyone else to make sure that the car park and pathways have been gritted, making them safe for our tenants. The Tanshire Business Park maintenance team approach their work with a can-do attitude and have been a great help to a number of our residents.
Security is provided by Evensure Management Security every day of the year allowing operations for companies to carry on 24 hours per day or as necessary. The buildings have intruder alarm systems in the common parts as well as smoke and fire alarm systems throughout. Access is via Paxton Net-2 fob activated system which is centrally controlled. The Park has an extensive digital CCTV system and the entrance and exit are controlled by traffic barriers.
The Pavilion houses the popular, on-site Pavilion Cafe, serving throughout the week, with plenty of space indoors and outdoors to take a break.
The park also has private
meeting rooms and shower/changing facilities. These amenities are available to all occupiers of Tanshire Business Park.
Tanshire Business Park has many national and international tenants using optical fibre as well as traditional broadband connections. The Park has its own dedicated fibre line and all offices are connected to the Park’s network enabling rapid connection to fast broadband for both Wi-Fi and VoIP.
