And the results are in! In a recent tenant satisfaction survey conducted at Tanshire Business Park, the results revealed that tenants rated the business park and its facilities very highly, with an average rating of 8 stars out of 10.
A standout reason for this excellent satisfaction rating are the onsite facilities provided to tenants that help to support businesses and their staff. Let’s take a look at some of the popular facilities available at Tanshire Business Park.
With 93% of survey respondents travelling to work by car, it comes as no surprise that tenants rated the free parking available of high importance. With many tenants travelling from between 10 and 20 miles away, the availability of free parking is a strong advantage. The business park’s location provides excellent transport links by road with close proximity to the A3 and M25, which makes travel to and from the park convenient for tenants. Guildford and Godalming stations are nearby if tenants need to travel into London or another central location.
With a diverse range of food and drink options for both breakfast and lunch, it wasn’t at all surprising to see that the Pavilion Café is very popular with our tenants. 94% of tenants responded by saying they use the café, with 40% using it at least two or three times a week. The café provides a great service to tenants with friendly staff and fast service, alongside a convenient central onsite location.
Of high importance to our tenants are the meeting room spaces that can be easily booked when needed. 64% of respondents surveyed stated that they made use of the meeting rooms available on a regular basis, helping to support business operations by private spaces for collaboration. Both our meeting rooms are fitted with flat screen TVs with HDMI connection, high speed WiFi, large meeting tables, chairs and the opportunity to order refreshments from the Pavilion Café if required.
When asked, it comes as no surprise that our tenants rated having a fast internet connection in the office as very important with 45% of respondents rating it as one of the top three benefits of working at Tanshire Business Park. In a digital age, it is vital that high speed internet is provided to businesses as the majority of work does take place online. Without a fast and reliable internet service, businesses could suffer. Tanshire Business Park have invested to ensure that a high speed internet connection is provided to all our tenants to support their business operations.
