ELM HOUSE

Part of the original Tanshire Business Park development, Elm House is the smallest of the three buildings on the park. However, what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in flexibility.

Offering a total of 7,927 square foot (737 m2) of office space, the building consists of a number of different offices which can accommodate companies of 1 – 20+ people, making it ideal for small businesses. What’s more, the offices create independent flexible spaces that can also be linked as required, which is perfect for those businesses looking to expand.


An entry phone system serves each office and each floor has a communal kitchen serving the offices. There is also a meeting room available as required (subject to booking). The building has a digital access control system to control entry. All the toilet facilities in the building have been recently refurbished to a high standard including the addition of a shower.


The Pavilion provides an on-site café and a further meeting room as well as changing/shower facilities.
