Oak House and Ash House are each self-contained three-storey office buildings comprising of open plan accommodation and smaller suites all to Grade A standard. Elm House provides a range of business accommodation for businesses of 1 – 20 people and also boasts a communal meeting room which can be used by all businesses.

Adjacent to Oak House, The Pavilion houses a café serving tenants throughout the week. There is a wide range of catering choice available with menus suitable for both boardroom and private luncheons. The Pavilion also has private meeting rooms which are available for hire.
