How the Office Space Meets Their Needs

Another major appeal to the team was the flexibility and versatility offered by Tanshire Business Park – as a small UK team, Quertum were keen to make sure that they found the perfect office space, complete with a separate meeting room for the ultimate convenience. Here at Tanshire Business Park, we offer an innovative bespoke fit out service, which is available to each new team who joins our family. This allows every office space to be tailored to the exact unique needs of an individual business – including ensuring that there are plenty of meeting rooms within the layout.

In addition, we can also help businesses who may need access to a meeting room on occasion, but not with enough frequency to require a meeting room in their own office space, thanks to the provision of two first-class meeting rooms on the Tanshire Business Park site. These can be hired out and booked as required, ensuring that there is always somewhere secure and private to conduct your business.

The first of these is located at our on-site Pavilion Cafe, and this can be booked each morning and after 3pm Monday to Friday – this room can also seat up to 35 people at a time. Smaller meetings of up to 10 can be held at our Elm House meeting room, which can be hired throughout the day during the week. Both rooms come equipped with TV screens and HDMI connectivity, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi to make Zoom and Teams calls stress-free.
