Hire Meeting Rooms at Tanshire Business Park

Here at Tanshire Business Park, we have two excellent private meeting rooms in Guildford, that are available to be booked by residents of Tanshire Business Park as well as for local businesses, groups, committees and other organisations requiring meeting room space in the Elstead and Godalming area.

The business park is ideally located for meetings, due to its proximity to the A3 and nearby Godalming station, but also offers ample, free onsite parking for your convenience. Depending on the type of meeting room space required we have two options to choose from - Meeting Room at The Pavilion or Elm House Meeting Room.

Meeting Room at The Pavilion Cafe

The Pavilion is an important part of Tanshire Business Park, as it is home to the business park’s popular café - the Pavilion Cafe, as well as shower and changing facilities. In addition to this, The Pavilion also contains a large private meeting room space that can be configured to your needs, depending on the type of meeting, and is capable of seating up to 35 people, making it ideal for corporate events.

The meeting space is fitted with a number of useful amenities such as a widescreen TV with HDMI connectivity, making it ideal for presentations or showcasing video content. The meeting room is available to book Monday to Friday in the mornings and then after 3pm.

Elm House Meeting Room

Tanshire Business Park also offers a modern and fully equipped, purpose-built meeting room located in Elm House; one of the park’s three office buildings. Seating up to 10 people, the meeting space for hire has a boardroom style setup with a large centre table. There is a 75″ television screen with HDMI connectivity meaning it can be connected to laptops if information needs to be displayed on a larger screen.

The room is fitted with air conditioning, variable comfort heating and high speed WiFi making it ideal for conducting activities that require more bandwidth such as Teams & Zoom calls.

The meeting room in Elm House is available to hire throughout the day, Monday to Friday. It can be booked for an hour, half a day or a full day.

CATeRING AVAILABLE

A full catering service is available for each meeting room, providing a range of lunch options or alternatively you can just order refreshment teas or coffees. All food and drinks will be made up by our onsite café and delivered to the conference rooms, if requested.

Alternatively, you can make use of our onsite café to have breakfast or lunch if you would like to take a break from your meeting. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available, with food served up until 3pm.

In a prime location just seven miles south-west of Guildford town centre, our meeting spaces are ideally located just off the A3, meaning your employees and visitors can enjoy a hassle-free journey to Tanshire Business Park.

If you're travelling by car, we have ample free parking, so you can rest assured your next meeting will run smoothly. Located further afield? Tanshire Business Park is just a 12-minute drive from Guildford train station and within easy commuting distance to London Waterloo by train.
